Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the respondent, in Na.Ka.No.29219/F2/2014, dated 08.09.2015, by which, the request made by the petitioner was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order, dated 10.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29219 of 2014 has been complied with.
