When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 22.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.25516 of 2017 by passing an order dated 06.04.2018 in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1834/2017A2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had passed an order on 06.04.2018.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
