This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 07.03.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4990 of 2016. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on a complaint given by the complainant, a case in Crime No.12 of 2016 was registered and after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report in C.C.No.15 of 2018 in Court of Metropolitan Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Egmore, Chennai.
