The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from entertaining any registration in respect of the auctioned property in Survey No.205/12 measuring an extent of 2.01.0 hectares, Old Survey No.157 measuring an extent of 5.16 acres.

2.Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the dispute is between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, the petitioner would work out the remedy before the Competent Civil Court.
