This court is satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to substitute the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased M.Jayasankaran, who is the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list this writ petition along with W.P. No.8268/2022 on 19.10.2022.
