This application is filed to substitute the petitioners 2 to 4 herein, as the petitioners 2 to 4 in the main writ petition, being the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Though counter affidavit is filed by the respondents, I do not see any sustainable ground to refuse the relief sought in this application. Especially, in the context of the fact that there is no dispute, the petitioners 2 to 4 being the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

2. In the circumstances, this application is ordered. The petitioners 2 to 4 herein, are impleaded as the petitioners 2 to 4 in the main writ petition, being the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
