ORDER
Vide order dated 21.01.2026, this Court had disposed of W.P.Crl.No.98 of 2026. Since the address of the petitioner trust was wrongly shown in the prayer portion of the petition, the same got reflected in the order dated 21.01.2026 also. Hence, on the ground that the address of the petitioner trust has been wrongly shown in the prayer portion of the petition, which led to wrong mentioning of the address of the petitioner trust in the order dated 21.01.2026 and the same needs to be amended, this writ miscellaneous petition (criminal) has been filed.
2. For the sake of convenience, the wrong address of the petitioner trust finding place in the order dated 21.01.2026 and the correct address which has to find place in the said order reads as follows: Wrong Address:
"SRG/Thiruppur/33/2025 at 117, Marudurai, Marudurai Post, Kangeyam, Tiruppur - 638 108."
Correct Address:
"Sweet Treats Recreation Club Tirupur at SRG/Thiruppur/33/2025 at 2/368, Sarkar Periyapalayam, Uthukkuli Road, Uthukkuli Taluk, Tiruppur District - 641 607."

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying this petition, this miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
4. Registry is directed to substitute the wrong address of the petitioner trust found in the prayer portion of the order dated 21.01.2026 with the aforesaid correct address and issue fresh order copies to the learned counsel for the parties.
