Mr.M.Devendran, learned Standing Counsel for second respondent/TNPSC produced letter No.5344/LCD-B1/2015 dated 24.8.2015 received from the Joint Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Chennai in which he has stated that as in obedience to the interim order of this Court, one post is kept vacant under MBC/DC category for the post of VAO, 2013-2014. Recording the abovesaid letter, this contempt petition is closed.
