CR.NO.1 OF 2020, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month as imposed in the order dated 16.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.7730 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7730 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7730 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
