This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16320 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17007 of 2023 to report before the respondent police weekly once every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners shall continue with the above conditions.
