ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking an order directing the respondent to register FIR against the culprits on the complaint given by the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.12.2013 on the file of the respondent and to investigate the case properly according to law.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner along with his brother Manickam and Annamalai have land in joint patta. His brother sold the same without his knowledge by forging his signature to one Govindan on 13.08.2004. Since no action has been taken by the respondents police, the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.12.2013, was treated as petition (CSR No.181/2016) and enquiry is going on.
