This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the CRP.No.3996 of 2018, dated 01.11.2022 and all further proceedings based on the pending disposal of the review petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 50 days in filing the above Rev.Appl.SR.No.8841 of 2023 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to list the above Review application after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order and post the case on 11.03.2024.
