This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.189/2024 dated 09.01.2024 with a condition that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
