2.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by this court has been complied and by proceedings dated 15.09.2021, the retirement benefits have also been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dt.15.09.2021, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
