Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in the name of the petitioners in respect of the properties in Survey No.412/1B, 0.15 cents, Survey No.413/1, 5.57 cents, Survey No.414/3, 1.58 cents and Survey No.413/5, 0.57 cents, vide Patta Nos.227, 1438 and 2065, with total extent of Acre 7.87 Cents, situated at Kaatinayanapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District, by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 13.06.2019, 09.09.2020 and 18.02.2021.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in the name of the petitioners in respect of the properties in Survey No.412/1B, 0.15 cents, Survey No.413/1, 5.57 cents, Survey No.414/3, 1.58 cents and Survey No.413/5, 0.57 cents, vide Patta Nos.227, 1438 and 2065, with total extent of Acre 7.87 Cents, situated at Kaatinayanapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District, by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 13.06.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.09.2020 and 18.02.2021.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 12.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
