This petition has been filed to relax the condition [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders;

imposed by this Court in the order dated 11.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.27808 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
