ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Buvaneswari W/o.Santhoshkumar, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. As per the directions of this Court dated 11.02.2026, the 2nd respondent police secured the detenue and produced her before this Court today (25.02.2026).

3. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she was not kidnapped or abducted by anyone and that she had voluntarily gone along with the 3rd respondent. Therefore, there is no illegal detention.

4. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
