This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 08.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 08.04.2015 was sent by post to the respondentPolice and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch (Rural) and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
