The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.12.2023, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.238 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused were in possession of 4.800 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate( crl side) submitted that there is one previous cases under NDPS Act against this petitioner. He further submitted that investigation is still pending.
