This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register the complaint dated 09.05.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvallur. It is also seen that the petitioner has sustained serious injuries and has enclosed a copy of the Accident Register.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the third respondent-Police together with a copy of the Accident https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Register, and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
