ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Praveenkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4.

2.The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to implement the recommendations of the third respondent dated 01.06.2017, passed in Na.Ka.503/2016(C). 3.Based on the petitioner's representation seeking for mutation of records and grant of separate patta, the third respondent, by Proceedings dated 01.06.2017, had made favourable recommendations to the second respondent herein before whom the proceedings are pending. 2/4

4.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an enquiry was also conducted by the second respondent herein and orders are yet to be passed.

5.This Court is of the view that the second respondent would be directed to complete the proceedings, within a time frame, based on the recommendations of the third respondent dated 01.06.2017. 6.In the light of the above observations, the second respondent shall complete the proceedings, initiated based on the recommendations made by the third respondent herein in Proceedings Na.Ka.503/2016(C) dated 01.06.2017 and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already completed. 7.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
