CRP.(PD).No.4085 of 2015 has been filed by the same petitioner/proposed party against the dismissal of his application in I.A.No.761 of 2015 in O.S.No.719 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, dated 31.08.2015.

2. The petitioner herein had filed an application in I.A.No.760 of 2015, under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC, to implead him as a party in I.A.No.165 of 2012 in O.S.No.719 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. He also filed another application in I.A.No.761 of 2015 under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC, to 2/4

implead as a party in O.S.No.719 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. The learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, by separate orders dated 31.08.2015 had dismissed both the applications. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner/proposed party has filed the present Civil Revision Petitions.

3. This Court, by the order dated 19.11.2020 has directed the Registry to call for a report from the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, with regard to the status of the suit in O.S.No.719 of 2011. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report from the concerned Court. Now, the concerned Court has sent a report stating that the said suit was disposed of on 29.04.2016 itself. The counsel for both the parties also submitted that the said suit was disposed of on 29.04.2016.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission and the report, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.12.2020 Internet : Yes/No dna 3/4
