call for the records of the circular dated 30.1.2014 issued by the 5th respondent as illegal and against law, quash the same and direct the 5th respondent to continue the facility with the AXIS Bank Limited for disbursement of monthly salary to the employees maintaining the account with AXIS Bank. ORDER
The learned counsel on either side submit that the dispute has been resolved between the petitioner Labour Union and the Management and in this regard, a joint memo of compromise dated 12.10.2015 was filed before Court. However, it appears that the said memo was not found in the case bundle. The learned counsel on either side have produced a copy of the same and both the learned counsel endorsed that the said joint memo is the true copy of the original memo and request that this Court may record the same and close the writ petition.
2. In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed by recording the true copy of the memo of compromise dated 12.10.2015, in and by which, the petitioner and the fourth respondent have agreed that the fourth respondent will continue the payment of the monthly salary for the employees, who are maintaining accounts with AXIS Bank and disburse the monthly salary to the employees into their account with the AXIS Bank. The true copy of the memo of compromise dated 12.10.2015 is placed on record and it shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the above MPs are also closed.
