2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.44/2015 has been completed and the Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Puducherry in STC No.179/2016.

Recording the above said submission, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
