ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he has done various contracts for the 4th respondent Municipality and after completion of work, a sum of Rs,67,08,515/- is due to him. Hence, he sent a representation to the fourth respondent seeking the said amount. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4. Considering the fact that the application is pending for a long time, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is ordered. No costs.
