This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.401 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent in Crime No.401 of 2023 and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, I, Tindivanam.
