Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 18.5.2015 and to file FIR and start the investigation immediately as per the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 18.5.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR 715 of 2015 and the same was closed on 13.6.2015.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
