This Court, by an order dated 05.01.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.33411 of 2014, had directed the first respondent to file a final report on or before 30.05.2015. Since the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

Today, wen the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai on 18.01.2016.

Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
