This petition has been filed to pass an order of interim stay staying the operation and the judgment and decree passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in O.S.No.14 of 2018 dated 17.12.2024.

Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, learned senior counsel for the appellant submitted that since the suit is dismissed, they are not pressing this petition for stay of the impugned judgment and decree.
