The learned counsel for the writ petitioner in the main writ petition made a submission that, against the final order passed in the writ petition, the State preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.No.786 of 2019 and the said Writ Appeal was admitted and pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court for further adjudication.

2.Under these circumstances, entertaining of the Review Petition is unnecessary and the respondents cannot maintain the Review Petition after filing the Writ Appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 3.Thus, the Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.11211 of 2019 in Rev.Aplw SR.No.22457 of 2019 in W.P.No.17296 of 2015 stands dismissed. No costs.
