ORDER
When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel (GCC) for the respondents produced the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.09.2024.
2. A reading of the order would suggest that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2023 has been considered and disposed of. Therefore, the direction issued in the writ petition is complied with and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 2nd respondent, it is for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
