O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his application dated 27.09.2016 and to issue separate patta in his name after subdivision of the land. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is in possession and enjoyment of the properties comprised in S.No.169/2 of Konagapadi Village to an extent of 2.96 acres and in S.No.185/3B to an extent of 0.30 cents, till date without any interruption and hindrance. He made an application to the respondent on 16.02.2016 with all necessary documents seeking issuance of patta in his favour in respect of the said property. Since no action is taken on his application, again, he made an application on 27.09.2016 to the respondent seeking patta. Pending consideration of the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.09.2016 seeking issuance of patta in his favour, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
