410 & 409 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the condition that the petitioner shall sign before the Town Police Station, Salem on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.24976/2021 dated 07.01.2022 [CRL.M.P.No.3050/2022] (ii) Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.25077/2021 dated 07.01.2022 petitioner shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner [CRL.M.P.No.3050/2022 IN CRL.O.P.Nos.24976/2021] and of MR.M.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner [CRL.M.P.No.3053/2022 IN CRL.O.P.Nos.25077 /2021] and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- The petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.24976 & 25077 of 2021 dated 07.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
3.
