The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.26925 of 2022 dated 16.10.2023 has been complied with.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
