The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.11761 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted typed set of papers today. On going through the same, it is seen that already the election process has commenced and the schedule given under Notification dated 03.06.2024 shows that the elections will be completed and final results will be published / announced on 23.06.2024. 4.This Court is satisfied with the steps taken by the respondent to proceed further with the conduct of election for the Pallivasal.
