ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.34099 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the Court concerned everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34099 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
