Accordingly, settlement was arrived at between the parties. The Mediation Report of TNMCC along with the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 07.07.2023 entered into between the parties which was duly signed by both the appellants and the respondents and also their counsels, is filed. The same is recorded.

2. These Second Appeals are disposed of in accordance with the Joint Memorandum of Compromise arrived at between the parties before 4/6

the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in the present appeals. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
