This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to pass an order directing the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015 acknowledged by the 2nd respondent vide CSR No.352 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.352 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.352 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
