ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(1), 4(2)(b), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 366(A) of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl, who is aged about 17 years and working in a beauty parlour. Further, the petitioner along with other accused persons had engaged the victim girl for prostitution. Subsequently, based on the complaint given by the mother of the victim girl, the case has been registered. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the coaccused were granted bail. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the victim girl, who is aged about 17 years and working in a beauty parlour. Further, the petitioner along with other accused persons had engaged the victim girl for prostitution. Subsequently, based on the complaint given by the mother of the victim girl, the case has been registered. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
