The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 of IPC in crime No.not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given against this petitioner herein was taken for enquiry in C.S.R.No.1 of 2022. After enquiry, the said complaint has been closed based on the undertaking given by the petitioner herein that he will marry the defacto complainant and as of now, there is no case pending against this petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed without passing any order on merits.
