This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take the complaint dated 22.4.2014 given by the petitioner to the respondent on file and register the FIR.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 22.4.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR 218 of 2015 and the same was closed on 2.6.2015. 4.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
