ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed on the ground that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 08 July 2015 passed in W.P. No.19201 of 2015

has not been complied with by the respondent. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/alleged contemner, producing a copy of the community certificates dated 19 November 2015 issued in favour of the petitioner's children, submits that the aforesaid order dated 08 July 2015 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepts that he has received the original community certificates. In view of the foregoing, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
