This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to investigate the case and to file final report in Crime No.617 of 2021 on the file of second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is the case relating to allegation of forgery and fabricated documents. He would further submit that Respondent would complete the investigation in Crime No.617 of 2021 and the second respondent will able to file the final report within a period of one year from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.617 of 2021, pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
