dated 28.12.2024) towards advertisement charges for publication sale notice in "Dina Malar" to M/s.GamePlan Communications Private Limited from the funds of the company in provisional liquidation, (c)To permit the official liquidator to make payment of Rs.28,600/- (Rs.23,600 plus Rs.5000) to the valuer M/s.ITCOT Limited towards professional fee and reimbursement of expenses incurred by them for valuation of immovable asset belonging to the company in provisional liquidation situated as Survey No.19, Denkanikottai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District from the funds of the company in provisional liquidation, and (d) to meet the costs of this application do come out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.

O R D E R

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to pay charges incurred towards advertisement and valuation.

2. In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 10.02.2025. In the report, it is stated that an auction sale of vacant land of the company in liquidation in Anumepalli Agraharam village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District was ordered on 06.12.2024. It is further stated that another auction sale of vacant land admeasuring one acre in S.No.19, Denkanikottai village, Krishnagiri District was also ordered. In relation to these sales, it is stated that publication charges were incurred. It is also stated that valuation charges were incurred on account of engaging the services of ITCOT Limited. The Official Liquidator submits that the funds position as on 06.02.2025 is Rs.9,24,73,279/-.

3.Upon considering the aforesaid and taking into account the funds position as on date, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) to (d) in the Judge's summons. 28.02.2025 kj
