A. Nos. 1308 & 1309 of 2026 in C.S. No. 952 of 2010 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These applications have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole plaintiff Mrs.S.Vanitha in the above suit and to bring the applicant/proposed party Mr.S.Ashwin Kumar, S/o.late B.Soundararajan, residing at No.A2, Ayodhaya Villa Kalakshetra Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041, as the legal heir of the deceased sole plaintiff Mrs.S.Vanitha in the above suit and the applicant may be ranked as 2nd plaintiff in the above suit.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 & 4 who submit that they have got no objection in allowing these applications and have made endorsements to that effect. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and the legal heir certificate, these applications are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
