ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct to direct the respondent to take action based on complaint dated 21.02.2015 and F.I.R. dated 21.02.2015 in Crime No.49/2015 and to proceed with the investigation and file a final report before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending is CSR.No.380 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
