ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that he is not allowed to function and perform his role as President. This Court is afraid that the same cannot be the subject matter of the contempt. The grievance of the petitioner is not with reference to the resolution, which was sought to be impugned in the earlier writ petition. If it is the dispute between the President and others, it was not the subject matter of the earlier writ petition and therefore, this Court does not find any room for contempt.

2. Thus, the contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law. Consequently, Sub Application No.621 of 2015 is also closed.
