ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 147, 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.23 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides and perused the FIR copy and anticipatory bail petition placed on records.
3. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioners along with other accused on the pretext of securing Government Job, received a total sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from the de facto complainant. Thereafter, the petitioners neither secured a job nor returned the money. Hence, the complaint.

4. The First Information report given by the de facto complainant indicates that, to secure Government Job, he had paid money to the accused herein, the complaint clearly shows that the de facto complainant herself accompanied a crime of securing public placement by giving bribe. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners in this case. However, this Court directs the respondent police to proceed against the de facto complainant who, on her own statement confessed that money was paid to secure public office.
