Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1417 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 and pass such further or other order as this Honble court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.UDAYA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1417 of 2019 on 22.01.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 25.01.2019 to 22.02.2019.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
