This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent Police viz., the Inspector of Police, B3 Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kancheepuram District to register a case on his complaint dated 23.05.2015 against the said culprits.

2. Heard the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.78 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.78 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
